After working in tech and corporate America for 20+ years, I started coaching women in tech because I saw a trend.
So many of my female peers, direct reports, and leaders either felt under-recognized for their hard work; experienced stifling self-doubt when moving up, or felt like their careers were out of their control and that they weren’t getting opportunities to fully utilize their talents. They were wildly talented women and it was hard to watch them quietly let this be their status quo.
I knew I wanted to help and I made it my mission to help women empower themselves to step into their full potential.
