  • This multi-week week program targets the challenges that hold women back in the workplace. Designed for women in male-dominated industries (like tech or manufacturing) you will learn how to overcome some of the common barriers women put in the way of our success, set clear goals, and recognize the value you bring to the table. This program is for both managers and individual contributors (participants have ranged in roles from COO to Senior Software Developer).

  • If you’re ready to do the work, 1:1 coaching will help you achieve your goals. Once you set your coaching plan, each session centers around helping you get there. You bring the topic(s), and I will:

    Help you uncover behaviors and self-limiting beliefs that may hold you back

    I bring 20+ years of business experience to our sessions and can mentor you, when needed, on work situations that have got you stumped.

  • Team events are a terrific opportunity to connect and bring people together, they are also an investment of time for your organization. I partner with you to design custom off-sites for groups of 5 to 200 and love bringing people together with intention. I’ve designed a variety of off-sites on topics including:

    • Giving and Receiving Feedback

    As the sponsor, you (or someone from your organization) will provide the background and outcomes for the off-site and I’ll build the design with checkpoints along the way. I can be the master of ceremonies for your entire event, or come in for a portion of it. . Once the design is signed off, I can manage logistics or work with your team on logistical requirements.
