Monthly Live Workshop

Deep dives into topics like advanced inner critic work, strategic visibility, executive presence, building sponsor relationships, and sustainable leadership practices.

Workshops: 4th Friday of the month from 12 - 1 PST and recorded.

On-Demand Library

Access foundational content on communication, advocacy, networking, and boundaries whenever you need a refresher or want to dive deeper into a topic.

On-demand content is hosted on the membership.io platform.

Monthly Group Coaching

Bring your real challenges and get coached in real-time alongside other women who understand your journey. This is where the breakthroughs happens.

Group Coaching calls: 2nd Friday of the month from 12 - 1 PST and recorded.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The core program requires 2-3 hours per month for optimal results (60-minute workshop and a 60-minute group coaching call plus prep). Additional resources and community interaction are available but optional.

  • All workshops are recorded and added to the resource library within 24 hours, so you never miss out on content.

  • Currently, yes. Rise Together welcomes women who attended the Leadership for Women in Software program or were my previous clientss. We revisit and expand on the leadership frameworks you learned in either forum.

  • The membership will be accessible through the membership.io platform, giving you access to a robust set of content over time and a community of peers.

  • Yes! In fact, you can leverage this worksheet to prepare for that conversation. I currently don’t accept POs, but you can pay up front and ask for reimbursement through your company. If you have a group from your company who wants to participate, please contact me to discuss bulk payment options.

  • Rise Together is a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime.

  • Book a call to determine whether the community is a good fit. I also offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. After you start the program, if you find it's not the right fit, simply let me know within your first 14 days for a full refund.
