Core Program: April 29th - July 1st

What does the program look like?

  • 6 weeks of virtual group learning (18 hours total) followed by 4 weeks of group/peer coaching to continue your learning (4 hours total).

    • April 29th to June 3rd, 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM PST/10:30 AM - 1:30 PM EST

  • Continue your learning with a sub-group from your cohort.

    • June 10th - July 1st 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM PST/10:30 AM - 11:30 AM EST

  • You will get an Individual Development Plan (self-directed)

  • Add new leadership tools and job aids to your toolkit that you can use immediately

  • Receive a CliftonStrengths assessment and Top 5 report

  • Work through your real-life scenarios and apply each framework in small group breakouts

  • A network of other emerging and current leaders

I'm Jessica Garcia Dudek, and I've spent over two decades navigating the complexities of leadership in the tech industry. From my early days as a Systems Engineer at Microsoft to becoming COO at a boutique consulting firm, I've experienced firsthand the unique challenges women face as they rise in their careers.

My journey has taken me across the globe—from Seattle to Sydney, from individual contributor to executive leadership. Along the way, I've learned that success isn't about fitting into someone else's leadership mold. It's about finding your authentic voice and using it powerfully.

As a professionally certified coach, I bring both extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of women's leadership dynamics to our work together. In the past three years, I've had the privilege of working with over 200 women leaders across various industries. The women’s specific training I’ve gone through (Tara Mohr’s Playing Big framework and Eve Rodsky’s Fair Play Method) are coupled with classic leadership development tools (CliftonStrengths and Polarity Thinking) to make a unique program experience.
