Elevate & Break Through:
Fuel Innovation and Close the Gender Gap
Ready to unlock the full potential of your women leaders and close the gender gap in tech?

Do any of these resonate?
Women are not rising into leadership positions at the same rate as men.
You have very few women leading your technical teams.
Women are leaving because of burnout.
You offer leadership programs but are not sure they’re enough.
Women in your organization are not exhibiting the skills you believe they need to succeed.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Research shows companies with strong female leadership outperform competitors. Yet, many talented women are not breaking through to the top.
Traditional leadership programs will grow leadership skills that move a business forward. However, these programs are not designed to meet the unique needs of the women in their organizations.
Being one of the only women in a room poses its challenges. Women face self-doubt, unconscious bias, lack of representation, and trying to navigate leadership styles that don’t fit them. Which is exhausting. And the higher they climb, the more they overcome because people aren’t used to seeing them at the top.
Because of this, they can struggle with agency, advocacy, visibility, sponsors, and burnout which make it harder to get to, or past, the first rung of the leadership ladder.
My Women's Leadership Program aims to bridge this gap. I go beyond generic leadership training by providing women with targeted tools and personalized coaching to overcome these hurdles. Through my program, women will gain:
Leadership Brand: Hone their leadership style by leveraging their strengths and allowing them to bring their true selves to work.
Agency and Voice: Gain the confidence and skills to advocate for themselves.
Professional Alignment: Align and articulate how their day-to-day work aligns with their career aspirations with drive and purpose.
Powerful Network: Expand their professional network and build valuable relationships with other women leaders.
The Benefits for Your Organization:
Increased Innovation: Diverse perspectives lead to more creative problem-solving and breakthrough ideas.
Enhanced Engagement: Empowered women leaders create a more positive and productive work environment.
Improved Retention: Investing in women's leadership helps you retain top talent and build a strong leadership pipeline.
Measurable Impact: Together, we track progress and demonstrate the program's positive impact on your bottom line.
Through my program, women will apply concrete and proven tools to current situations. They will practice skills to influence others, increase self-awareness, and manage time - fully utilizing their strengths and talents every day.
The women who’ve been through my program walk away feeling like they’re working at their maximum potential. They thrive in a supportive work environment, where leaders and colleagues champion their success and well-being.
If you’ve built a strategy for recruiting and hiring more women into your organization, and want to help retain and promote them, why do it yourself? It’s time to hire a professional with a proven program to grow your leadership bench.
I'm Jessica Garcia Dudek, and I've spent over two decades navigating the complexities of leadership in the tech industry. From my early days as a Systems Engineer at Microsoft to becoming COO at a boutique consulting firm, I've experienced firsthand the unique challenges women face as they rise in their careers.
My journey has taken me across the globe—from Seattle to Sydney, from individual contributor to executive leadership. Along the way, I've learned that success isn't about fitting into someone else's leadership mold. It's about finding your authentic voice and using it powerfully.
As a professionally certified coach (ACC), I bring both extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of women's leadership dynamics to our work together. In the past three years, I've had the privilege of coaching over 100 women leaders and facilitating leadership programs for more than 120 participants across various industries.

20+ years of hands-on leadership experience in tech and consulting
Deep understanding of women's leadership dynamics from being "the only one in the room"
Proven track record of helping women navigate career transitions and growth
Expertise in creating safe, supportive spaces for authentic exploration and growth
A practical, grounded approach that combines strategic thinking with emotional intelligence
How can I help?
Through years of managing, coaching, and mentoring women on product teams, there are consistent patterns that impede their growth. To overcome these challenges, I believe a blend of systemic changes and proven women’s leadership tools help women reach their full potential.
While I have an end-to-end program I’ve run for the past three years, I use a phased approach to tailor the program for your organization.
Phase 1: Information Gathering
Let me get to know you. Through stakeholder interviews, I gather input on the challenges your business is facing. I also collect feedback on the specific challenges your organization's women face. From there, I create a baseline to measure against the completion of the program.
Phase 2: Customization
Let me tailor the program for you. I will customize the program design based on the input gathered in the first phase. Meeting with key decision-makers through a series of brief design reviews, I ensure you sign off on a design that works for your organization.
Phase 3: Implementation
Let me facilitate the program. I will provide individual and group coaching sessions to each program participant centering on their individual coaching plans. They will go through a series of six modules over four to six months. Optionally, participants can work on action learning projects to apply their learning to small projects defined in phases 1 and 2.
Phase 4: Measurement
Let me measure the impact of the program. Using the baseline laid out in Phase 1, I gather data to capture the impact of the program. My goal is to help you correlate the investment in the program to your bottom line.

“I have avoided trainings targeting women, as I worry they teach women to feel like victims, with male colleagues as enemies. Your training was not this way. You acknowledged the unique challenges women face without making us out to be victims who need to revolt against our male coworkers/bosses. Thank you for that. I never felt uncomfortable in an unhealthy way. I feel empowered, and interested in sharing with my colleagues, male and female alike.”
“The work with [Jessica] has literally changed the way I view and approach my career - and my life.”
“She knows when concrete support is useful (‘here is a framework for that conversation’), and when pointed questioning is useful instead. My favorite Jess question so far: ‘Is it possible you’re doing a great job, and everyone thinks so?’ It sounds simple but holding that possibility in mind and looking at the evidence to support it has empowered me to take more risks and occupy more space at the table.”
